IFL commissioner Kurt Otto will soon be announcing a new steroid policy that will be instituted next year."In '08, we are implementing a pretty cool system, that will be enforced. It's pretty cool,” Otto said. Although Otto didn't offer too many details about the program, but the commissioner did indicate the program will not be taken lightly: "It's something we're gonna be taking extremely serious. It's no fooling around. It's pretty much zero tolerance."
