Tompkins Now with Xtreme Couture

Top MMA trainer and head coach of the IFL's Los Angeles Anacondas Shawn Tompkins has relocated from L.A. to Las Vegas to be a full-time trainer of pro fighters at Randy Couture's Xtreme Couture facility.

In a recent interview, Tompkins explained that he heads up the training for all pro fighters, "as well as managing the gym floor and coordinating team practices." Tompkins says that joining Xtreme Couture is the best move he's made in his career and that he's thrilled with this new opportunity.

Tompkins also discussed how the L.A. Anacondas will now make their home at Xtreme Couture, as will Team Tompkins fighters (Sam Stout, Mark Hominick, Chris Horodecki, Krzysztof Soszynski, Rob McDonald, others).

Thanks to Sam Caplan at FiveOuncesofPain.com for the heads up on this bit of MMA news.
