Terry Martin filed a lawsuit yesterday against Chicago police officers and mayor Richard M. Daley for misconduct related to a 2005 incident in which Chicago police stopped Martin for a traffic infraction and allegedly hurled racial slurs at the UFC middleweight.
Martin reportedly went to file a complaint the next day at his local police precinct, where he was identified and arrested by the same officers who allegedly used racially-charged language the previous night. Damn.
